3⅓⭐️ LA 4^STELLA è VICINA Locale storico di Lavagna, adeguato e sempre all'altezza. Poca scelta nel menù sopratutto per gli intolleranti (lattosio, ecc), ma disponibili a variazioni nei piatti. Buone le materie prime utilizzate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LOCATION in un caratteristico carruggietto perdonabile di Lavagna vicino alla strada (circa 20mt) si trovano però pochi parcheggi vicini, ma girando un pò, a breve distanza, qualcosa si trova, d'altronde ci si trova in centro. Ambiente tipico da osterie (quasi da Sciamadde) di una volta, un locale ben conservato, con l'immancabile sua maestà il forno a legna da dove esce una farinata semplicemente sublime. CONSIGLIATA (si legga necessaria) LA PRENOTAZIONE.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ SERVIZIO Adeguato al locale, molto gentile, disponibile e sufficientemente presente. Qualche dettaglio sfuggito (1 piatto non chiesto e un paio fuori tempo).

⭐️⭐️⭐️ MENÙ Adeguato al locale, però qualche portata in più aiuterebbe nell'esperienza. I piatti per le intolleranze non sono ben definiti, ma è sufficiente chiedere per adeguare il piatto, purtroppo, in alcuni casi, adeguandosi un pò. Buona la materia prima utilizzata, molta a km0 (almeno così sembra). I piatti assaggiati risultavano quasi tutti equilibrati. Porzioni adeguate, ma non abbondanti (i mangioni sono avvertiti). OTTIMA LA FARINATA. Non è perdonabile uscirne senza neppure un assaggio.

The food has good taste but the service is horrible. The plates are really poor served. We asked for 2 plates each person (primi e secondi) and we left hungry after. We saw that the local people were better served than us, which was disappointing and deceiving. For the price is really not good and there are other better places to eat. The restaurant is small and to be find in the old town with narrow streets. Maybe we catched a bad day from the cook and waiters but service and food compare the what the price is and rating here didn’t match. After waiting around 15-20min we asked to be able to order something. What came was not „Italian cuisine“. Sad for such a place. Hope for others, kitchen and service will improve. We will choose another...
