We asked for a table and they asked where we are from and one colleague smirked to another said "English" he then said "full". The guy appeared to be a nationalist as we hung around only for him to go out of his way to accomadate two Italian women who were walkins. He was a skinhead, must be a nationalist as didn't like foreigners. Very dissappointing. There are far better restaurant like "La Brumo" - DO NOT GO NEAR IF YOU ARE A TOURIST!

I'm sure we would not be so insulting if he came to other countries in Europe....

If you are not Italian, don’t come here as you will be treated worse than 3rd class. The best dishes are kept for the locals and if you don’t preorder, you are left with a skeleton of a menu and not what is posted in previous reviews. Cibo molto buono e di qualità, atmosfera top. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Punti di miglioramento: ambiente: ancor migliore con delle candele sul tavolo. Servizio: meglio evitare di raccontare esperienze poco felici con clienti, non è segno di buone maniere. Quando si porta al tavolo il piatto sì dovrebbe notare se i calici sono vuoti e chiedere prontamente un rabbocco. Se si usano le salviette in dotazione una volta usate sarebbe ottimo se il cameriere le prendesse per buttarle (hanno preso il cestino del pane ma lasciato sul tavolo le salviette usate). Se il cliente sporca la tovaglietta in pelle con del sugo il cameriere dovrebbe pulirla per averla pulita per la successiva portata. Quando si chiede il conto se è necessario andare da soli alla cassa per pagare il cameriere dovrebbe dirlo subito. La cassa potrebbe chiedere il numero del tavolo al cameriere anziché al cliente. Chiariamoci sono tutte sottigliezze che per un posto "Verace" non contano nulla, ma per un locale ricco di storia e che vuole migliorare potrebbero essere un...
