We went to this restaurant with a tour group for pizza making. It is a tiny restaurant with a very friendly and service-oriented team. In all honesty, the pizza making class was pretty uninspired. More like watching one of the pizza cooks make a pizza. There was one opportunity to add your own ingredients to a pizza, but that is not exactly a pizza class. So, the class experience was pretty much a 2 out of 5. So, consider this instead a review of the pizza and restaurant itself. On that measure it was a solid to high 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of the pizza was excellent – crust, sauces, toppings. Service was good, although they seemed to lose interest as time went on, which drops to...

This is not a traditional Italian menu as many plates are done with a twist, but that being said everything is made really well, the pasta was cooked perfectly and is high quality - I guess they produce their own wheat and make the pasta from that, which is rare for a restaurant to do that. The ingredients are high quality and the service...

Vivamente...

Fantastic Italian food. If you're without a car and staying in Lipari town, they'll organise a shuttle. We ate here twice, lunch and dinner... seafood pasta and rissoto dishes were fantastic, and pizza is best in Lipari (we had a few on the island, and this was the best by a mile)... The owner was really nice and easy to deal with, as were all other staff who were professional and fun at the same time. Good wine list. Prices reasonable. A must if you visit Lipari.

We have been many times over the years and this is one of if not the best restaurant in Lipari. Exceptional food, family-run and a huge range of options as they cater to gluten intolerances too. 100% worth the journey out of town. They also brew their own craft beer that's fantastic. Can't wait to go back!
