Very good service, pleasant surroundings, mediocre food experience. Dinner served on a partially enclosed terrace in a pleasant atmosphere. Our expectations were probably too high due to the very promising advertising - the food was good, but we didn't get the taste experience. During this trip to Italy, we ate tuna many times, and although the one offered here was OK, the tuna everywhere else was much better. I didn't like the chef's compliment (marinated vegetables). The name is Osteria, but the prices correspond to those of a high-end restaurant, while the service was also like in very good restaurants, we were served by at least 3 different waiters. Very disappointing food - the main course of guinea fowl was so sweet that it was inedible. There was a cold pasta with clams in the tasting menu which was not a successful dish. The base of the tiramisu was hard with no flavour. The bread was lovely though. The service was painfully slow. There was also a very loud concert in the premises - I think it would be good business practice for the restaurant to warn guests of the disruption in advance.Considering the good reviews, maybe it was a bad night...

Location formale, personale che effettua un servizio professionale e cortese però siamo rimasti molto delusi sulle pietanze portate, siamo stati per il cenone di San silvestro, il servizio è stato molto frettoloso nel susseguirsi delle portate, le quantità sono state molto ridotte e sulla bontà delle pietanze devo dire che niente di quello servito mi ha sorpreso nell’accostamento e nella bontà dei gusti. Tutto mancava di carattere, la semplicità delle portate non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, soprattutto nei sapori, a tratti c’era un’eccessiva sapidità. Abbiamo scelto un menù vegetariano che ci è stato fatto pagare quanto quello a menù fisso per il pesce e ci siamo viste servire ben due volte la stessa portata riproposta, che monotonia, per di più pagare 145 euro a testa per vedersi servire del semplicissimo minestrone, con elementi serviti al dente per non dire quasi crudi, sono rimasta molto delusa, peccato era da anni che volevo provare la loro cucina, evidentemente l’occasione di San Silvestro svaluta un po’ le portate abituali che di solito vengono eseguite, leggendo gli altri commenti positivi posso pensare solo che questo sia il motivo del nostro...
