Aggiornamento: 8/7/22 Ho mangiato veramente molto bene. I piatti erano pensati in ogni dettaglio. ogni boccone è stato un'esplosione di gusti contrastanti ma perfettamente bilanciati tra loro. Davvero davvero buono. La qualità del pesce è molto alta e sicuramente ci tornerò per provare il resto del menú.

Il posto é piccolino, ma l'atmosfera é intima e piacevole: luce soffusa e musica di sottofondo. Il servizio é attento e ogni piatto é accompagnato dalla descrizione di ognuno di essi. La mia insalata di funghi, balsamico e grana era freschissima e piacevole in bocca. I sapori erano chiari, decisi e vivaci. Ho scelto un secondo come portata principale, la verza. Ottima. Consigliatissimo il vino (di produzione loro). La cheesecake di ricotta di pecora, l'ho divisa ma con gran rammarico... era spettacolare, demasiado mucho mucho.. ahre. Sicuramente...
