Ristorante Pizzeria La Liccia — Restaurant in Lungòni/Santa Teresa Gallura

We stayed as a group on the beautiful villa in the campsite.

When entering the restaurant we were rudely ignored , perhaps the staff were overly busy and somewhat stressed as one of the waiters almost mowed us down pushing a serving trolly !

We decided to take a large table , just like in most of the other places we had visited assuming it was fine to sit down . Some time after sitting and being further ignored we were told the table was reserved and told to “go inside” in Italian , two of our group were experienced Italian speakers and this was said rudely .

Someone could have pointed out to us the table was reserved before this but the manners were not there unfortunately!

It seems like you have to sit inside if you have no reservation and no one wanted to do that as the terrace area was beautiful and airy.

We gave up on the place after that and ate out in fantastic restaurants in the nearby towns.

We did point out to one of the Waitresses that we encountered rudeness and we were ignored she said she told us there was a cultural difference whereby you wait to be seated in Italy which is what we did actually did!

Unpleasant staff, which is why the atmosphere in the restaurant is so bad… First we were told to sit inside, we sat down, then some man came (I think the manager) and said that we couldn't sit there, but to go to the bar. At the bar we were told to go to the restaurant. And so, the mood was spoiled, and we didn't want anything anymore.. I do not recommend this place. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben... Wir bestellen am Dienstag Abend eine Pizza ToGo nachdem wir, nach ewigem nicht beachtet werden, mehrmals auf uns aufmerksam machen mussten! Das Personal ignorierte uns und schien völlig überfordert zu sein mit dem zu 3/4 gefüllten Restaurant. Während der langen Wartezeit wurden wir ebenfalls ignoriert, nicht einmal gefragt, ob wir gerne etwas zu trinken bestellen möchten. Die Gäste die im Restaurant am Tisch sassen und bestellten wurden offensichtlich bevorzugt, da sie mehr Umsatz generieren, als wir mit nur einer Pizza ToGo. Das Servicepersonal war offensichtlich sehr gestresst, zudem haben wir mitbekommen wie sie sich gegenseitig fertig gemacht und noch mehr Stress verursacht haben. Auch beim Erhalt der Pizza nach 1h 15min, welche uns wortwörtlich auf den Tisch geknallt wurde, nicht einmal ein "Entschuldigung" dass es so lange gedauert hat... Ich kann ja verstehen, dass es im Restaurant streng zu und her gehen kann (arbeite selbst in der Gastro) aber so etwas unfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Meines Erachtens fehlt es diesem Restaurant an System und Organisation. Sehr schade und einfach nur traurig. Die Pizza war übrigens...
