Everything went wrong, bad service and arrogant, inattentive staff. When I told them to write a negative review, they directly threatened is with a lawyer. A strange way to threat customers who are not satisfied. Food is good but far over priced. As the starter they came with the pasta for the next table. When it was time for our primi, the pasta, the grilled sea bass we ordered was already prepared. We offerted to eat it first but were told not to worry and eat our pasta first. By the time we were expecting our sea bass, they came to tell us they didn't have it anymore, while we chose one for almost € 100 at the tabel. While the atmosphere is amazing - the service is horrible. We have been there multiple times- and every time the service is worst than the time before . It seems the morning staff doesn’t want to work!!!! When asking what’s on the menu - they reply “what do you mean?!!!!!” I asked for the auger she said it’s on the table - these tables are big so it’s difficult to service…….. Shameful. And what a pity as they have every time two / 3 brioche in the counter and nothing more…. I can’t say much of food - bc they have nothing! Premetto che non do 5 stelle perche vorrei che questa recensione fosse uno strumento per spronare a migliorare...questo locale ha tutte le carte in tavola per essere il top ma, personalmente, manca in alcuni accorgimenti. Siamo stati ieri sera in questa location incantevole.. molto curata e che garantisce un ottima privacy. Essendo in vacanza siamo arrivato alle 22 per cenare, avendo visto che il locale era aperto fino a 00. Abbiamo chiesto fino a che ora la cucina fosse aperta e lo staff ( molto gentile e attento) ci ha risposto fino alle 11 perciò abbiamo deciso di accompagnare al tris di tartar (ASSOLUTAMENTE FENOMENALE)anche una frittura di mare veramente buona, un gin tonic e un paio di birre. Io non discuto il prezzo xk è proporzionato alla location e all esclusività del locale e dei prodotti utilizzati...non mi è piaciuto che alle 11 sia stata spenta la musica che accompagnava meravigliosamente la serata ( il ragazzo mi ha detto che erano in fase di chiusura) facendo prevalere il chiasso del gazebo affianco... che ad un certo punto era tale che abbiamo dovuto mettere la musica sul telefono. Verso le 11 iNOLTRE i camerieri hanno cominciato a chiudere i gazzebi intorno a noi spostando i cuscini e mettendo le coperture( noi stavamo mangiando la frittura) e francamente mi sono sentita a disagio ...appena finita la frittura ( ci osservavano perche avevo ancora il boccone in bocca)ore 11.10 il cameriere arriva ( specifico che c erano ancora 3 tavoli seduti) ed esclama * chiedo scusa ma vi dovrei portare il conto perché a 00 abbiamo un aggiornamento del computer e perdiamo i dati dei tavoli * 50 minuti prima mi sembra un po esagerato. Ci avviamo alla cassa e chiediamo, prima dell emissione di qualsiasi documento una fattura, la signorina era visibilmente infastidita ed esclama* non posso perché a 00 ho un aggiornamento sul pc* e il mio compagno gli ribadisce che alle 00 mancavano 40 minuti. Allora lei replica* ehhhh ma bisogna inserire tutti i dati..* vedendo che non se ne usciva abbiamo lasciato perdere. Non l ho trovato corretto. Avete un grande potenziale.. ma attenzione.cmq...
