Lunedì mattina ero di passaggio a Macomer e ho comprato mezzo chilo di formagelle alla ricotta dalla forneria Atzori in via Sicilia.Purtroppo della Sicilia patria della pasticceria, solo il nome.Ma quando le abbiamo assaggiate erano troppo asciutte. Da ingozzarsi.Nella penisola e in Sicilia,pescivendoli e pasticceri a fine serata abbassano i prezzi per avere il prodotto sempre fresco. Oppure non lo mettono in vendita(io son passato lunedì mattina). Capisco le difficoltà ma il cliente andrebbe comunque...

Dieses Gebäck und die Kekse haben mir meine Großeltern immer aus ihrer Heimat mitgebracht. Und auch 25 Jahre später schmecken die Kekse genauso unglaublich lecker wie damals. Absolute Empfehlung wer authentisches sardisches Gebäck...
