Many years in Sardinia, but this is something I have never seen in my life!
We arrived at the restaurant and got straight out table for 16 people. A few minutes later the waiter came with his tablet and asked straight for the appetizer and main dishes instead of beverages. We were so confused that we just said something to not let him wait. My wife was not allowed to order the ravioli with butter and cheese because someone at our table ordered ravioli with tomato sauce so she had to order the same or have to wait at least 1 hour, is what the waiter said...never heard something like that in my life...
After a while he started asking for drinks, but in the same time the food already came. Some got appetizer and main dish together some got only appetizer and some still had to wait for their food at all.
My friend ordered a Polpo (grilled tentacle) for appetizer, it was more crispy then the crisiest fries you have ever had.
I ordered for main dish the calamari and it took just 1hour 15minutes... I was the last one eating alone at the table with 16 people. I asked 3 times for the calamari... They always said "it will arrive soon"...
At the end we wanted dessert and ordered 1x tiramisu and others ordered the seadas. The waiter came with two tiramisu and nothing else... After another 30 minutes of waiting we asked for the seadas and the waitress was so honest and said that they forgot to order it via system. After another 15 minutes they finally got the seadas too.
Never ever had such a bad service. The food was Ok but nothing special to be honest.
Was the first and the last time to go at...
Read moreWe stumbled across this restaurant by accident. What a wonderful find. It was very busy, but we were seated and I chose the ravioli, my husband the pasta with sausage, olives and both meals were stunning!! I just wanted to keep eating and eating. We also had the fabulous homemade bread and we wished we lived close by, so that we could return and have the experience again. There were many locals there as well. Don't be put off by the look from the road. It is an amazing experience. Probably good to book as well. They were also very busy with takeout meals. Thanks to all the staff,...
