Ho scoperto l'angolo della pasta grazie a toogoodtogo. La proprietaria è una signora gentilissima, che ci ha raccontato la sua storia e quella del marito: dopo anni di lavoro presso un commercialista, hanno deciso di aprire questo negozio perchè la pasta è da sempre la passione del marito e adesso anche la sua. Cara signora, si vede! La vostra pasta è buonissima: ha il sapore del pranzo della domenica a casa della nonna, con la tovaglia inamidata in pizzo, i bicchieri di cristallo e tutta la famiglia riunita. Mi rievoca il ricordo di mia nonna che si alzava presto la mattina e con amore cucinava per tutti e riporta al cuore momenti felici e sapire casa, incredibile il potere del cibo.
