Semplicemente meraviglioso. I have been to Rosso di Sera twice, and both were wonderful experiences. The owner was so genuinely happy to discuss all that this wonderful osteria has to offer, including stunning local fish, produce, and wine (of which we brought home a bottle because it was too good). I have the most ethereal dreams of this restaurant, and I can't wait to return! OK, second day of Umbria and stopped with the kids at this lovely place to get some dinner. Although we had no reservation the gent quickly accommodated us and we set out to have a lovely dinner experience. We expected a bit more from the lake's antipasti but it did well with the house red wine. Bread arrived in a cute paper bag. My son fell in love with the truffles spaghetti, penne with fish souce was outstanding, and the octopus, although lacking some acidity such as lemon juice, was great.
