Ristorante Magrej — Restaurant in Magreglio

We arrived early at the restaurant with no reservation and managed to get a table for 2! We were served quite quickly but as the restaurant filled up, we were forgotten about! We sat for 30 mins waiting for the table to be cleared, trying to get the waiters attention just wasnt happenning!!!! When the waiter finally got to us, we just wanted to pay the bill and leave!!

We definitely will not go back to this restaurant! The pizza's were just ok! We did expect better. Disappointing meal/service at the end of a really fab day...

We accidentally went there an hour before closing for siesta for a late lunch. At first glance, it didn't look promising - situated on the side of an empty building, some locals smoking in the front.

But - the gnocci and the salmon were really tasty and looked nice as well.

Price level is medium - definitely worth the money.

Excellent evening at this restaurant. The food was beautiful - the 5 course degustation menu is exceptional value at €40pp. The staff are super efficient, helpful and very friendly. The young chef, Francesco is creating a different type of menu and pushing boundaries, he will go far I think. And Maurizio the restaurant manager will be close behind him.
