The place is very well located, right on the lakefront, and has a private parking available, very handy considering how heavy the traffic gets on weekends, how difficult it is to find a parking and how expensive it is to pay for it. The rooms are a bit old and would benefit from some redecoration. The bathroom is shared with two other rooms in the same floor, and it is definitely worn and in sore need of renovation; when opening the window I noticed a roach crawling (well, there is a garden right outside). There is a simple sink in the rooms as well, so you use the common bathroom only for the toilet and the shower.
