Ristorante Pizzeria Exotic — Restaurant in Manerba del Garda

The price is great with a variety of selection. We have ordered spaghetti bolognese but we received a seafood spaghetti. If there was an apology, we'd be happy to accept it but there was no sorry. Only the server said we ordered seafood spaghetti but if we wnated, he'd put another order for bolognese, only it will take time. We decided to accept the pasta but we didn't get apologies. It is extremely busy so very hard to get an eye contact to order. I highly recommend risoto gamberetti e zucchini. Delicious! Beef steak was not so tender. Mixed grill (considering the price) is not recommended. Tiramisu was great. When paying the bill, I told the lady at casa, that food was overall nice but we received seafood pasta instead of bolognese. I didn't say I wouldn't pay, I gave my card out and I just told her. Immediately she changed her face and said "no!". I said "oh I'm not complaining, just saying I have ordered a different thing but we also enjoyed what we've got. But it would've been nice if we got what we ordered." She was annoyed and looked for someone and only repeated No! No! I didn't even ask for an apology or free food. I just wanted to tell them what happened. I was furious because they kept saying that I ordered what I received. Really bad service. This ruined my evening and I would never go this place in spite of all...

The services made the whole experience so bad for us. I dont know if it's because of the cheap price so they wouldn't care or not. But it was very disappointing.

First, we wanted to take the leftover away, a waiter said yes but then another colleague of him came and cleaned it (aka threw away). I thought in any case, if you see there's still food on a customer's plate, you should ask if they have finished or not. So this was both unprofessional and a miscommunicated among them.

At the end, a waiter said our table number to the cashier and she immediately printed out the bill. We wanted to split it and she said "You should have told me before I printed out because I paid taxes for this". We didn’t see any problem in splitting the bill as it is normal in every restaurant, and once again, we didnt have a chance to say it beforehand because she IMMEDIATELY printed the bill out as soon as she heard the table number. More surprisingly, when we walked out she said "Hope we never see you again”. And another waiter said “Grazie, ciao” but in a very sarcastic way. I guess since they already have some customers, they don’t need...

Se potessi dare 0 lo farei..

Ieri sera sono a stato a cena in questo ristorante. Tralasciando la qualità dei piatti, che per i prezzi che hanno non mi aspettavo di certo di mangiare in un ristorante di un certo livello (cibo scialbo, e penso anche non fresco considerando che una mia amica a tavola dopo aver mangiato le cozze ha vomitato ed è stata male tutta la notte), la cosa che mi ha lasciato allibito è stato come ci hanno trattati, come se fossimo degli imbecilli.

Servizio ai tavoli pessimo, chiedevamo una cosa a un cameriere, ci diceva sì e poi non ce la portava e ci toccava richiedere ad un altro.

Vengono chieste spiegazioni sulle cozze, che erano state ordinate con le vongole, e ci viene detto "è stato un errore, sarà per la prossima volta", senza neanche scusarsi.

Dopo altri errori durante il servizio sui quali abbiamo sorvolato, alla fine della cena chiediamo di portare via il risotto avanzato e il cameriere ci dice sì, e porta via un SOLO piatto (sarà stato pesantissimo...), senza dirlo però ai colleghi, che dopo poco arrivano e portano via tutto, buttando via il risotto.

Alle nostre rimostranze, il cameriere ci risponde molto stizzito, fino a quando ci vengono a dire che ne avrebbero preparato un'altra mezza porzione, ce la portano in un contenitore senza la busta, come se una persona girasse con del risotto bollente in una vaschetta di plastica.

Ma la chicca arriva alla cassa: quella che presumo essere la titolare, si fa dire il numero del tavolo e senza darmi tempo di dire nulla, stampa lo scontrino. Quando chiedo di pagare separato, si rifiuta dicendo che "ormai è troppo tardi e che dovevo dirlo prima". Allibito.

Dopo discussioni varie e averle detto che il loro servizio era una me**a e che loro sono patetici, il cameriere ci saluta con aria strafottente dicendo "grazie ciao" e la titolare "a non rivederci".

Per concludere, se siete persone che si fan la stagione lì o non avete papille gustative molto sviluppate, è il ristorante adatto, altrimenti...
