Very poor service. The waitress was rude from the start - didn't bring the menus, looked like she would rather not be there, and had to be asked to take our orders. We were served 4 slices of bread for 5 people and had to ask several times for a bit more. When the food finally arrived, they had got our youngest's meal order wrong and only one of my husband and my dishes. We then had to share the dish whilst waiting for the other one. My daughter waited for so long for her dish that the rest of us had finished our meal before her pasta with tomato sauce finally arrived undercooked. My son's pizza was average and the chips were so unappealing that the kids didn't even want to finish them which doesn't normally happen. Wir sind für ein paar Tage in Saint'Andrea und probieren uns durch die Restaurants vor Oet.
Die Erfahrung mit diesem Restaurant ist eher durchwachsen. Während meine Pasta mit Cozze und Vongole und auch das Thunfischsteak, das mein Sohn hatte, eigentlich sehr lecker waren (auch wenn die Portion meines Sohnes eher klein war), fand meine Tochter den Burger eher einfacher als sie es kennt. Meine Frau war unglücklich- sie nahm das Hühnchenschnitzel, was sehr klein war, zudem schien es - wie Chicken McNuggets - aus gepresstem Hühnerfleisch zu bestehen.
Das Team war nett und aufmerksam, allerdings sollte als Gast man nicht erwähnen müssen, dass man zu Pasta statt einem Messer einen Löffel will. Und auch das Brot und Olivenöl kamen ohne Teller.
Was aber eher ungewöhnlich ist: in diesem Restaurant verlangt man "Coperto" - 2 Euro pro Person. In den 80ern und 90ern war das bspw. noch in Prag üblich, diese versteckten Gebühren für sauberes Geschirr und Besteck, doch auch in Prag hat man schon vor Jahrzehnten begriffen, dass Gäste diese Kosten-Hintertüren nur bedingt lustig finden. Dass ich das in meinem Leben noch einmal erlebe, hätte ich nicht gedacht.
Alles in allem: wenn man die richtigen Gerichte wählt, kann man lecker essen, muss aber damit rechnen, durch die Hintertür ("Coperto") noch ein paar Euro mehr zu zahlen,...

Ieri siamo passati davanti al vostro locale intorno alle 11:29 per chiedere gentilmente se fosse possibile utilizzare il bagno. Mio fratello desiderava anche prendere una granita, mentre mia sorella, che non si sentiva molto bene a causa del ciclo mestruale, aveva urgente bisogno di andare in bagno.
Sappiamo che l’apertura ufficiale era fissata per le 11:30, quindi mancava solo un minuto. Tuttavia, il personale ci ha risposto in modo poco cortese, dicendo che avremmo dovuto aspettare altri 5 minuti. Avevamo appena controllato l’orario ed eravamo sicuri che mancassero solo un minuto.
Comprendiamo che possano esserci delle regole, ma ci saremmo aspettati un minimo di comprensione, vista la situazione delicata e soprattutto considerando il tono poco gentile con cui ci è stato detto.
Inoltre, abbiamo notato che l’area parcheggio vicino al quel posto era gestita in modo molto disordinato, con auto parcheggiate in maniera caotica che rendevano difficile anche solo accostare.
Alla fine ci siamo rivolti al bar accanto, dove invece siamo stati accolti con gentilezza: ci hanno dato subito la chiave del bagno e, apprezzando la disponibilità, abbiamo consumato lì, spendendo oltre 20 euro.
Un atteggiamento più cortese e una gestione più curata degli spazi avrebbero sicuramente lasciato...
