Dry-aged steaks, period. They are cooked medium rare but you can ask for increased cooking temperature. They provide a box of cards that contains all the protein available. Each card describes where the animal is from, what it is fed, and how many days the meat is dried. You can order from the menu or from the card or both. Sharing is allowed for both options. Esperienza indimenticabile da Retro – Frisona Galiziana da sogno!

Sono stato recentemente da Retro e non posso che parlarne benissimo! Ho avuto il piacere di provare una Frisona Galiziana presentata in modo impeccabile già prima della cottura: una carne marezzata, dal profumo intenso e stagionatura perfetta. Una vera opera d’arte per gli amanti della carne.

La cottura è stata eseguita magistralmente, mantenendo succosità e sapore autentico. Ogni boccone raccontava la qualità della materia prima e l’attenzione dello chef. Il personale è stato gentile, preparato e ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

L’atmosfera del locale è accogliente, curata nei dettagli ma senza risultare pretenziosa: un perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza e comfort.
