DA DENUNCIA!

OLTRE AI TEMPI DI ATTESA NONOSTANTE SOLO 2 TAVOLI DI 2 PERSONE (di cui una coppia che andava via al ns arrivo) PERSONALE POCO PROFESSIONALE.

Partiamo con l’antipasto. Insalata di mare (inesistente) su un letto (ENORME) di insalata galleggiante su un manto di olio (valido)€ 10,00. Alla richiesta di un primo piatto SENZA aglio per allergie , arriva la portata CON AGLIO, in abbondanza. LIVELLI ESAGERATI!! Il cameriere si scusa come se fosse una cosa di poco conto.

Il pezzo forte arriva con il secondo : FRITTURA DI MARE CON CAPELLO AVVOLTO, anch’esso impanato e croccante...panatura ottima! Disgustato chiamo il cameriere di cui prima e lui con nonchalance chiede nuovamente, disinibito, scusa dicendo che può capitare.

Mortificato e con il voltastomaco arrivo in cassa con la speranza che potessi trovare del personale con buonsenso.

La ciliegina arriva appunto in cassa : 4 persone totale con “sconto disagio” 141,00 euro (1 euro compreso) ma con lo storno di una sola frittura su 2. Ovviamente il primo abbondantemente pagato senza considerare che il mio amico sta sotto antistaminici. Evito di dilungarmi poiché ho ancora il senso di vomito e tengo a precisare che ho offerto alla chef shampoo, taglio, colore (mogano) e piega. Ahimè !!!!! Nei 141,00 euro non era compreso il trattamento anti caduta. Fate buon uso della mia recensione, altrimenti BUONA...

Food was nice, some items on the menu need pre ordering... but on the facebook there is no trace of their menu. Location is a bit dated and in need of a thoroughly refurbishment. a very negative note is their card machine is very old and cant process anything, Amex, Visa or MasterCard or perhaps it is an excuse to pay cash. It is quite awkward to be in tourist destination and not being able to...

Schon unser Vater war vor über 50 Jahren (noch bei dem Vater des heutigen Besitzers) als junger Mann regelmäßiger Gast im "Al Terrazzo" und in den vielen Jahren später waren wir als Familie bei jedem unserer Aufenthalte in Margherita di Savoia immer wieder dort zum Abendessen. Dieses Mal haben mein Bruder und ich unseren 50. Geburtstag dort mit der Familie gefeiert und wie jedes Mal, wenn wir dort essen, sind wir begeistert von den Speisen und dem netten, höflichen und zurückhaltende Service der Betreiberfamilie. Hier kann man nicht nur sehr gut essen, hier fühlt man sich rundherum wohl!

Zu den Gerichten, egal was auf den Tisch kommt, kann man einfach nur sagen: "GRANDE"

Die Terrasse auf dem Dach ist ein absoluter "place to...
