We came here as first suggestion we received from local people on our request of a local fisherman restaurant for very fresh fish and quality, without considering the special environment or service because we were very focused on the quality of red shrimps of thelis area. Our evaluation is different from the suggestion, because this is a good restaurant based on quality of service, food based on tourist high prices for local red shrimps of Mazara del Vallo.. The restaurant has some very good special plate as "Spaghetti Carbonara di Mare" (suggested).

I personally ordered "red shrimps of Mazara del Vallo" n. 3 (small size) and n. 2 (medium size) for tastong the flavours. The flavor was fine, but not so excellent as expected for this kind of fish or conservation.

About the wine we tasted different local white wines, but they aren't at very high level for matching the fish; I would like to enfatize that local red wines are usually very very good.

The cake "cassata" is very intense and very very sweet and you could like it depending on personal tastes.

A truly delicious meal. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Offering us time and and help we needed with the menu since our Italian, not so good!

Before we got anything, they delivered a few pieces of raw salmon which was excellent. We ordered a half litre of red, which was excellent! The calamari which you can never go wrong with and it came with some crispy green beans. The prawn carpaccio which was the first time I’ve had this. It was rich and flavourful - highly recommend. For the mains we had the tuna steak which was terrific, and the octopus which wasn’t as great, a little tough. The desert…the ricotta cheesecake with pistachio. It was superb! They also brought some home made biscottis before we left, just in case we weren’t already super full.

We also had our 7 month old with us and they never made us feel h comfortable or anything. An outstanding meal overall!!!

Highly recommend and will come back next time I’m here for sure.

A very pleasant restaurant next to the ocean, do not get irritated by the outside as it looks like a factory building. We had the pleasure to spent our last eve there 8th of march 2025. Delicious fresh sea food one can pick out in the front area/entrance which during daytime is an outstanding one of a kind fresh fish shop. Menus are in English and the waiters are very helpful to point out the dish of the day. You need to go there with an empty stomach especially for the dessert part. Nicely arranged portions and at the table filleting of our fish. As food lovers and experienced gastronomy goers we can highly recommend this place. The food is really amazing. However the staff didn’t really seem to care about us at all. In the beginning it was okay, we were brought our starter and first course in a timely manner. We then ended up waiting almost 1,5 hours for our second dish. When we tried to make contact with the staff they would either just walk past or say „1 minute“ and not come. When we finished the second course we were displeased that no one even apologized and when I told the waiter the dessert should be on the house he first acted like he didn’t understand what „for free“ meant. After saying it in Italian he laughed loudly and gave us a desert without asking which one we wanted. At least we did end up getting free dessert… All in all really great food but the service really tainted our experience there.

Amiamo mangiare e bere bene e siamo sempre alla ricerca di posti nuovi. Ci siamo imbattuti quasi per caso nel Ristorante Parrinello, passando sul lungomare di Marsala di ritorno da una degustazione di vini. Per curiosità ci siamo fermati, siamo entrati e abbiamo deciso di fermarci. Ci ha subito colpito il bancone del pesce, bello, pulito, invitante, con una bella scelta. Dopo due chiacchiere con il ragazzo che ci ha servito, molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, ci siamo fatti mettere da parte una bella cernia (che abbiamo poi cucinato a casa) e ci siamo accomodati nel ristorante. L'arredamento è molto bello, tavoli ben distanziati, complementi di arredo in ceramica ad arricchire e impreziosire l'ambiente, soffitto molto alto che da un senso di grande apertura, vetrate che permettono di vedere il mare e danno molta luminosità all'ambiente. Il cameriere che ci ha accolti (di origine portoghese) è stato sin da subito molto gentile ed educatissimo, così come gli altri che durante il pranzo ci hanno portato le diverse pietanze ordinate. Abbiamo pranzato a base di pesce, antipasto (crudo), primi e secondi per poi concludere con il dolce, tutto impeccabile. Ottima anche la carta dei vini, con un occhio di riguardo ai prodotti locali, scelta da noi molto condivisa, ma non mancavano le proposte internazionali, in particolare complimenti per la proposta di champagne. Ci siamo tornati 3 volte durante le due settimane di vacanza e ogni volta il pranzo o la cena sono stati impeccabili. Abbiamo comunque preferito molto di più pranzare all'interno del locale piuttosto che all'esterno, ma questi sono gusti personali. Abbiamo già consigliato il Ristorante a degli amici giunti in Sicilia in vacanza e abbiamo ricevuto da loro molti ringraziamenti perchè si sono trovati altrettanto bene. Porto personalmente nel cuore e nei miei ricordi gli spaghetti rotti con la zuppa di aragosta, una delizia!

No body bordering to serve as some wine. After say about the fish to owner on till she say that it will inform the chef which doesn't change the fact the i didn't enjoy it my dish.
