Absolutely terrible. For a chain that's worldwide it's amazing quite how much the food can vary. The double whopper seemed smaller than it is in the UK and there wasn't any sign of any type of sauce in there. The soggy bun made it worse and then the final straw was that it was completely cold. Not just a little cold but stone cold. Fries were actually okay, but for some reason you have to buy ketchup (which seems to be standard for Italy unlike the UK) and I'm not sure why as its available free in other countries. The food is your standard Burger King, so no complaints there. As for the rest of the experience - plain awfull. Drinks were at room temperature. We asked for ice but they explained they didn't have any. They could have told us this before we ordered our drinks. Especially since it was a hot summers day. Only female bathroom working. Inside sitting area had no aircon whatsoever. Can only imagine the poor employees having to work so many hours in those conditions. Would not ever...

Vengo qui da 2 anni, sono stato stasera a cena e ho ordinato (oltre a panini e bibite) le patatine al bacon ma mi vengono servite le patatine normali, uno sbaglio che ci può stare, però mi è già successo un'altra volta con un panino, io e il mio amico avevamo ordinato 2 bacon king ma a me è arrivato un big king. Un altro punto debole, l'igiene, che, con il covid dovrebbe essere migliore ma non è migliorata per niente. Continuerò a tornarci ma se questi problemi continuano vedrò se continuare a venire o no. Il refill delle bibite per questione di igiene va chiesto alla cassa facendo vedere lo scontrino. Una cosa che c'è da sempre purtroppo sono le bibite un po' troppo annacquate, ma a me non dà molto fastidio. Ah ci tengo a dire che non c'era quasi nessuno dentro il locale quando ho ordinato, quindi non è stato un fraintendimento, non è stato un problema di chi ha preso le ordinazioni perché mi ha chiesto anche che salsa volevo, è stato un problema di chi ha ricevuto le ordinazioni.
