We stumbled across this restaurant in the lovely Mazzarino during the daytime and decided to try it out for an evening meal. It would be classed as an A La Carte restaurant. For us it was a bit of a mixed bag, the starter (prawn souffle) was very good, the pasta dish (swordfish & pistachio) was not particularly nice and the combination didn’t work, the main (Salmon & creamed potatoes) was just OK, the final desert (apricot cheesecake) was also just OK but didn’t really set the tastebuds on fire. Went for Monday lunch as nearly all other restaurants in the area were closed. The solo waiter (not sure if he was owner/manager) was not welcoming and very short with his answers and very little manners. We had a pasta dish and it was very bland with not much flavour.
