Girl at register charged us for things we didn't order and was still missing one drink. She wasn't pleasant at all and not knowledgeable of products, she said we need to tell what we wanted to eat since pastries prices differs, but we had no chance to go to the case and see what our choices were. Girl at counter was better, at least didn't make us go through line again to pay for missing drink. Better customer service?......offer the drink on the house, since the confusion started from one of your employee, or at least pay attention when someone comes to register to pay, especially since there was only one person in...

We love to take some breaks on the Italian Autostradas and stroll around in an Autogrill.

And this is definitely one of the good ones! Nice in size, not too big or too small. Easy parking right out front, clean bathrooms and a well-stocked shopping section with Italian and local products.

Arrived at this stop when it was nearly empty. The building is very big so you don't have to worry about not finding a free table to sit at since this Autogrill has not one but two separate dining areas. The food variety was great as well as the taste. The service was quick and friendly.

The only thing not in place were the bathrooms as anybody frequently on the road would expect. The interior design itself was beautiful with marble counters, black walls and gold accents, however, it was dirty and the lock on the stalls could not...
