Seafood is of course fresh, what surprised me most is that this restaurant really put thoughts into the dishes - especially the starters, the one with squids and peppers wrapped by speck is very creative and perfect combination. Siamo stati qui per una cena di pesce che desideravo da almeno un mese, e ci siamo basati sulle recensioni e sulle foto di Google nella scelta del ristorante, trovandoci in vacanza in Salento a Palmariggi con mio marito ed i miei genitori. Posso confermare assolutamente 3 punti fondamentali sul Poesia Restaurant: La freschezza del pesce che è stato servito a noi e che abbiamo visto portare agli altri tavoli: davvero meraviglioso, anche per me che non amo le crudités in genere, e che devo invece dire mi hanno fatto sognare. La gentilezza del personale davvero notevole, dalle piccole attenzioni sulla presentazione in generale, pur nella sua semplicità rustica e dall’aria vacanziera, alla premura con cui ci veniva chiesto come andava il cibo e con cui venivamo avvisati sui tempi di attesa o sulla preparazione delle varie pietanze, al sorriso di tutti e alla serenità che in tutto ciò a mio avviso svolgono il 50% del lavoro. Il prezzo davvero in ottimo rapporto con la qualità del cibo. Oltre ai vari antipasti (davvero buoni i crostini con le cozze), ai primi veramente interessanti come gioco di sapori, e al Negramaro bianco frizzantino davvero gustoso, abbiamo preso una fritturina di pesce mista, che trovo sia una discriminante abbastanza comune quanto a qualità della cucina, e tutti e 4 concordiamo sul fatto che fosse davvero molto ben fatta, leggerissima!
