12oz — Restaurant in Milan

One of the worst services I have ever had in my life. I told the worker everything I needed but had to repeat "croissant" about three times before she even understood me since she wasn't even paying attention to me, and when she understood me she started complaining in Italian about the "fila" (queue) and how I was taking a long time ordering. When she finally handed me everything, I paid and she started talking to other people like nothing (i thought i could leave already) so I took the receipt and was about to leave when she started screaming at me, ripping papers off some devices on the counter and hitting the counter aswell. She was mad because she needed the receipt to continue more orders. Might sound unreal but it happened. It is also worth mentioning that before me, she took such a long time to attend a man before me. If people act like this and can't handle working under pressure, they shouldn't be there. It's us who are in a hurry to catch a bus, not her.

Stopped by the 12oz Coffee Joint at Milan's Central Bus station / Lampugnano bus station while waiting for the train, and it was just what I needed. The Macchiato hit the spot, and the Fagottino 3 Cioccolati was fresh out of the oven, moist, and loaded with rich chocolate. Perfect combo to start the bright and wonderful adventure in Italy 🇮🇹! ✨

The guy at the counter, who looked kinda serious at first, turned out to be super funny and easygoing. He really added a good vibe to the place. Also, they were playing some great music that made the whole spot feel even more chill.

Big thanks 👏🏻 to the manager for creating such a warm and lively atmosphere, especially in a pretty dark bus station. If you're waiting for a ride, this is the perfect place to grab a coffee, enjoy some...

It was a very unpleasant encounter. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich, and received one that was labeled with meat. When I told the staff about the mix up, and asked them politely to get me what I ordered or to get my money back, they refused to get me anything, pretending that they didn‘t understand me. Not only did they take my (meat) sandwich which I handed them back, and put it back in the fridge, they kept my money and ignored me for several minutes until I gave up because I had to catch my bus. It‘s a shame that this point is the only place to grab food on the go at the station. The staff was unfriendly and condescending, the food is overpriced. I don’t like giving out bad reviews, but in this case, I‘d not recommend buying...
