Interesting place, a Chinese pizzeria. Never knew this was a thing, but here we go. We only went in to grab a couple of beers, so no idea about the food, but the place was packed and what they served to the other tables looked delicious, not to mention that they have a proper wood fired pizza oven, so it must be good! The staff didn't really speak English but they were nice and really did try to understand us and make themselves understood, so fair...

We liked the pizza here so much that some of our family went back 3 times in one week. Twice to sit in and once for takeaway. The staff were very polite and kind. Sono stato recentemente in questo ristorante, accolto con cortesia e servito rapidamente, il che è sempre apprezzabile. L'ambiente è semplice, con forno a legna a vista che dà un bel tocco rustico. La pizza era ben cotta e il prezzo nella media, leggermente sopra un pasto da fast food, ma comunque accessibile.

Tuttavia, ci tengo a segnalare che c’è spazio per migliorare, soprattutto nella qualità e nella selezione degli ingredienti. La mia pizza, ad esempio, aveva una composizione un po’ essenziale rispetto a quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una proposta con mozzarella di bufala e altri ingredienti di pregio. Anche il mio commensale ha avuto qualche difficoltà a digerire il pasto, segno che forse c’è da rivedere la freschezza o la conservazione di alcuni prodotti.

Capisco che i tempi non siano semplici per la ristorazione, ma credo che un’attenzione maggiore alla materia prima possa fare davvero la differenza per garantire un’esperienza piacevole e sicura a tutti i clienti.
