Pizzeria del Sole — Restaurant in Milan

The whole experience was, just, superb. The beef carpaccio for starters was refreshing, citrusy, and rich, it wasn’t too filling but just enough. We had a large pizza slice, lasagna and croquettes for our main course and it was amazing! The cheese pull was mesmerising and the flavour of everything was succulent and flavourful - you could literally taste the smokiness of the oven on the pizza. On top of all this, our server, Toni was super helpful, welcoming and friendly, despite speaking little English.

Nice pizzeria in Corvetto area, which is not really the best part of Milan.. The waiters were kind and gentle. I didn’t really like the pizza that way because it is too thick, fluffy and honestly it is not the style I like. I expected to get a normal round pizza and not only the slices in the menu. So many people like this place though. The price is high for the slices...

Un buon trancio alle porte di Milano.

Abbiamo prenotato due teglie e 1/2 da mangiare in famiglia e amici. Prenotazione 8.00 in punto perchè ospiti attendono. Puntuali noi, la pizza pronta per le 8.30 ... pessimo servizio. O si accetta una prenotazione a orario oppure si chiede di venire e mettersi in cosa. Macchina con 4 frecce a rischio multa e, parcheggio impossibile da trovare. La pizza nell'insieme non era male. Ho sentito paragoni con Spontini ma siamo lontani e buona ma come molte altre. La ricordavo molto meglio ma comunque buona. Fuori ci sono tavolini comodi ma presi da assolto dalle zanzare e internamente c'è spazio. Prezzi nella media anche se la teglia ha un ottimo prezzo. (6 porzioni grandi e 8 comode). Giusto provare ma nulla di particolare. L'ultima volta avevamo provato il ristorante ed era stato una grande delusione nel gusto e soprattutto nella qualità degli ingredienti e della preparazione.
