Ristorante Marrakech — Restaurant in Milan

What a great find! Searched Google Maps for restaurant ideas and decided to try this one on a whim. Fresh, full of flavour and fantastic price. No menu, rather the host brings whatever Morroccan dish the kitchen happens to be cooking. We were each given a huge green salad with light oil and vinegar dressing to start followed by 2 huge bowls of delicious "beef curry with vegetables". It was not served in a tagine but was equally as good as beef tagine we've had in Marrakech. Huge chunks of beef so tender it fell apart as we ate, mixed with raisins, pumpkin, prunes and cinnamon. A basket of rolls came in handy to sop up the sweet beef stew juices. To aid digestion, we were served 2 glasses of hot sweet mint tea at the end of our meal. Staff was very friendly, spoke reasonable English, service was very fast. Simple interior with all the meats on display in a butcher cabinet. We will definitely return on our next trip to the Crescenzago neighborhood in Milan.

Ogni volta che mi trovo a Milano in zona viale Padova,in orario di pranzo o di cena passo per assaporare i piatti tipici del Marocco !! C'è una vasta scelta scelta di piatti che potete scegliere voi singolarmente per formare un piatto,oppure piatti già fatti!!! Il titolare Mourad e gentilissimo e vi tratterà davvero molto bene!! Location spaziosa e non puzzolente come altre provate dal sottoscritto...

Cibo buonissimo, abbiamo adorato l'accostamento di sapori speziati dolci e salati. Carne alla prugna ed uva secca da favola. Servizio completato da un ottimo thè alla menta, molto dolce. Oste alla mano, simpaticissimo, ci ha fatto sentire molto a casa. Locale un poco spartano, ma abbiamo apprezzato molto l'atmosfera casalinga. Prezzi ottimi. Molto soddisfatti, vorrei sicuramente tornare....
