Pizzalonga Da Pino — Restaurant in Mogliano Veneto

We went to this restaurant, because it was well recommended. We got there 45 minutes before they closed and a man came out as we were walking up to the door, I said "Hi" very friendly, he realized that we didn't speak Italian and started shaking his hand at us saying "No, we are closed." I said "what time do you close?" Knowing that the sign said it was still open 45 more minutes, not the mention there were people eating inside. He just kept shaking his hand saying "No, Closed."

Very bad first impression. We ended up going to a cafe around the corner, where despite us trying to speak poor Italian and partly having to use Google translate, were welcomed and kindly greeted.

One of the best pizza service in Italy. They know how to make pizza. Top class materials. Real fresh vegetables. The Da pino salad is impressive fresh! The parma ham is high quality. The "mesa" of pizza is crunchy. The most important thing, price is Italian. Not price for tourist. If you have a car in Venice, this is the perfect place for Italian pizza. It'a crowded but food is great. I have ordered classic pizza ham and mushroom. Very large portion. My tummy is full :) i recommend this place. Also Pasta Bolognese is great and good potrion. I will try tommor something new there. Staff are friendly and speaks English. I'm delighted and thriled. The city is small but live. In the evening there are a lot of happenings in several caffee's.... worth to visit Mogliano Veneto because this town have a soul. I would visit this town again and of course...
