Very confusing from the first moment, waiter number 1 comes and offers us a free welcome drink, streight after he forgets to ask what would we like to drink next. After him a guy working at the grill counter approaches to check if we have some doubts about menu, my husband asks him for recommendations, but at the end he gets none. Waiter number 2 comes and brings antipasti, about 30 min later waiter 1 comes back to pick up the plates and bring cutlery for the main course, right after him, waitress number 3 comes to remove left cutlery from the 1st dish that waiter number 1 forgot. Here comes the main courses, my husband's dish was nice as he said, but mine was tasteless, they dont bring salt or pepper while all other tables had theirs. Prices are very high, im sure meat quality is at high standards but they still have a lot to learn about hospitality. Giving them 3 stars just because all 3 waiters were extremely nice, but if i had to grade only the grill guy they would get only 1 star. Im sorry, we won't...

In this restaurant they have meat from various places around the world, and they have proper dry aging equipment for making the absolute state of the art tenderness in beef. The chef has knowledge about everything there is to know about every type of steak, and can give you an in-deep tour of each process the meat goes through. Ci sono stato ieri sera con amici. Il locale è molto ben arredato all'interno ma anche all'esterno la situazione è piacevole, si vede la qualità dell'arredamento. Abbiamo preso antipasti di taglieri misti, carpaccio di angus, tutto molto buono e condito con ingredienti di qualità. Poi ci siamo fatti arrivare qualche porzione di tris di carni americane come il rib-eye, la picanha, filetti vari e roastbeef, e devo dire che indubbiamente la carne era buona ma soprattutto la cottura ottima. Un vero piacere da provare. Abbiamo preso da bere sia vino frizzante come apertura che vino rosso della casa di una nota e molto valida cantina della furlania. Buono, poco da dire. I dolci erano anche buonissimi a detta dei miei amici, invece il mio su base di cioccolato fondente era molto asciutto e si mangiava non benissimo, mi ha un po' deluso. Abbiamo preso anche i digestivi, e il caffè. Buono. Il servizio era molto valido, offerto da una ragazza molto carina e simpatica, che era sempre molto precisa e premurosa. Nulla da dire, peccato ci fosse stata solo lei, forse avrebbero dovuto affiancarci un'altra ragazza per un lavoro più tranquillo. Invece sul prezzo avrei qualcosa da dire, in quanto abbiamo pagato circa 70 euro a testa, che è parzialmente giustificato dalla qualità degli ingredienti e dei prodotti, ma che se ci penso bene, rispetto alla quantità offerta il prezzo era un po' sovradimensionato. Il locale merita, non lo metto in dubbio. La qualità è senza dubbio alta, ma secondo me prezzando un po' meno la carne ci sarebbero ancora...
