Ristorante Pizzeria da Remo — Restaurant in Monsummano Terme

We were recommended this place when we couldn't get into another restaurant nearby. The place seemed full of locals and felt quite friendly and authentic. The food was really good. We enjoyed their pizzas and a scallopini con funghi with some really rather yummy fries. The rest of the food coming out of the kitchen looked and smelt great including all the seafood. No need to book even on a Friday.

Worth a little drive out...

Il locale ai presenta stile anni 80, con soffitti ricoperti in legno e un grosso buffet degli antipasti al centro della sala più grande. Siamo stati subito accolti dal cameriere che dopo qualche iatantw ci ha portato al nostro tavolo (avevo prenotato con Groupon). Sembrava un po confuso in merito al menu a disposizione per noi (non quello alla carta) ma si è subito ravveduto. Abbiamo preso un antipasto toscano (in foto), due primi ottimi, soprattutto la mia carbonara, abbondante e ben condita, un secondo (all' altro avevamo rinunciato perchè troppo pieni) ed il dolce: un sorbetto ed una cheescake di cui abbiamo avuto due fette perchè il gusto ordinato era terminato. Cheescake veramente eccellente, visibilmente fatta in casa, così come la crema di fragola messa sopra (non il solito topping). Solo un piccolo appunto. Oltre al menu previsto abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia d'acqua ed una coca cola (che mi sono ovviamente offerto di pagare extra) che però magari, visto che abbiamo rinunciato al vino e ad un secondo a cui avevamo diritto, avrebbero...

Loved this place. Authentic Italian restaurant. Beautiful food, with lots of delicious options on the menu. Bustling atmosphere of family, friends and couples eating together. Ate outside at the back of the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Would 100%...
