Marcelin — Restaurant in Montà

Traveling in Italy for the Christmas holidays from Canada , we were visiting the " Roero" and decided to have our Christmas lunch at this restaurant. They accomodate us with a last minute reservation, table for 2. The restaurant was fully booked and only thing I can say is that everything was amazing , service , atmosphere and food ! Every single dish was just superb , amazing was one of our best experiences..full of taste and creativity , in our 3 weeks trip in Italy we visited restaurants every single lunch and dinner but Marcelin will be always on our heart ❤️ Great Job Angelo, Manuela , Thomas and all the Marcelin...

Siamo stati di recente in questo gioiellino di ristorante, ubicato all'interno di una struttura molto raffinata e ben curata nei minimi dettagli.  Tutto lo staff ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza (un plauso a Chiara per la competenza, cortesia e professionalità) e, unitamente al titolare il sig. Angelo, ci hanno fatto sentire al centro dell'attenzione, sempre con grande garbo e cura. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo optato per il menù "La tua mano libera" che offre la scelta di 3 portate tra le proposte di antipasti, primi, secondi e dessert (4 opzioni per ogni voce). Inoltre il menù include una interessante selezione di entrée, la degustazione di due olii evo e la piccola pasticceria. Tutti i piatti avevano sapori ed abbinamenti ben equilibrati e piacevolmente sorprendenti,  regalando nuove sensazioni e appagando i 5 sensi.
