This is in conclusion the experience of my group of the restaurant which was bad.

View was some what good but the quality of food didnt match it. I heard pasta was amazing but everything i tasted was too salty. Potatoes were raw, lamb tasted like it had been rubbed against coal. Ham and salami were taken straight out of some trash can. Pepper steak was a bit tasteless and we found hair in it. Wines, beer and drinks overall were good. Staff didnt understand english not to mention speaking it. They brought us extra food we didnt order and there was other problems about orders too.

Overall wouldnt come here again and wouldnt recommend to anyone unless you like...

Lovely view, and the starter was nice. However, it took about 30 minutes before we were bought menus or even spoken to after we were seated, and it was another 20 minutes before we got our drinks after ordering. The mains were so salty we couldn't finish them, and we didn't stay for dessert as the service was so slow. I don't mind a relaxed and chilled pace, but there were only 4 tables of people and it took over an hour to get any food. Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per una festa di laurea, attratti dal prezzo economico e vantaggioso, ideale per una grande compagnia. In generale, la qualità del cibo è risultata soddisfacente. I camerieri si sono dimostrati simpatici e disponibili, rendendo l'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Tuttavia, un inconveniente ha riguardato la musica: l'orario di stop concordato è stato cambiato all'ultimo minuto senza preavviso, causando un piccolo disagio. Nonostante ciò, il personale si è scusato prontamente, mostrando una buona volontà di risolvere il problema.

Un problema più serio è emerso alla fine della serata con il dolce. Avevamo portato i nostri bignè di profiteroles, acquistati separatamente in una pasticceria di fiducia. Alla fine dell'evento, ci è stato negato il permesso di portarli via, con la giustificazione di una presunta regola dell'HCCP riguardante la sicurezza alimentare. Nonostante le nostre verifiche indicassero il contrario, ci è stato detto che i dolci erano già stati gettati via, causando una sensazione di frustrazione e mancanza di rispetto. Questo episodio è stato gestito male dal proprietario, che ha anche reagito in modo scortese alle nostre rimostranze.
