Oh boy where to start here?
The restaurant really lacks in almost any aspect.
The food was a huge disappointment. Dishes are under seasoned, dry and lack flavors you’d expect in the area. It almost feels they have taken the gut out of Tuscan food and Americanized it.
Not a single dish was good here and it really takes skill to serve mediocre pasta in Italy.

The have a wood fired oven and a charcoal oven for the grill menu.
Just driving to the Castiglion del Bosco is a great experience, as the scenery is as good as it...
