Ristò — Restaurant in Montalto di Castro

This small restaurant is located on the main street of Montalto Marina. Since the size is limited, there are too many tables making moving between difficult and limiting privacy between tables. The food was okay, we appreciated the options to choose between sea and ground food. Fish ravioli was very tasty whereas the other pasta was okay. Cena di mare x 2 sere. Iniziamo facendo tanti complimenti alla giovane signora Chef. Continuiamo con la preparazione dei cibi. Grazie alle cotture perfette che esaltano i sapori i profumi e stuzzicano interesse, ed alle presentazioni ricercate con gradevoli giochi di forme e colori, si ottiene come risultato vincente una eccellente prestazione. Ed infine aggiungiamo anche l'efficienza e la professionalità del personale di sala, sempre garbato, mai invadente. Veramente un Ristorante di Alto Livello, ecco il motivo x cui io e mia moglie siamo ritornati anche la sera successiva. Ed ora, presentiamo le prelibatezze scelte da noi: antipasto Risto' 5 assaggi - orecchiette con gamberetti, fiori di zucca, panna e bottarga - fettuccine alla Ricciola - risotto alla pescatora - orata in crosta di zucchine e pistacchio - calamaro alla griglia. Tutte eccellenti. Un ultima considerazione, il locale è ben visibile dalla strada, arredato in modo pratico e razionale e sfortunatamente, considerando la località marina, non ha vista sul mare.
