the first thing upon arrival we were warned to put on a t-shirt (the restaurant is by the beach). In other restaurants by the beach, we could even sit in swimsuits. ok fine that's no problem and we respected that. the problem was that, as this restaurant wants to look important, we waited for about half an hour for the opportunity to finally order! not to mention when the food itself finally arrived after long tíme and instead of the salad being served with the main course (as I requested to), it was brought after it and the waiter convinced me that this is how I wanted it (which of course is not true). the food itself was good but i think it absolutelly doesn't deserve that high prices. for me, I entered this restaurant once and...

As an Italian American living in NY, I'm spoiled with great meals at home and local restaurants... With that in mind, this restaurant offers not only breathtaking views, but a staff that is top notch and food quality that is authentic cuisine at its finest. Absolutely amazing! Cristian and Chiara served a table of nine with smiles and charisma and Emilio (chef / owner) constantly checked in and even surprised us with "goodies" at the end of the night.. Spartano negli arredi, ma consono al contesto circostante, Evo 50 gode di un panorama mozzafiato e offre la possibilità di gustare prodotti di buona qualità in un'atmosfera surreale, a tratti onirica. L'odore di salsedine avvolge la mente e il sapore del mare si sprigiona dalle pietanze di pesce fresco, condite dal sorriso dei camerieri e dalla creatività del giovane Chef. La musica di sottofondo è delicata e piacevole (principalmente jazz e blues), ma il vero protagonista è il mare, le cui note raggiungono l'anima. Il personale è accogliente, disponibile e garbato; il Direttore, Luigi, sempre presente tra i tavoli, si pone in maniera gentile, aperta ma mai invadente. Si respira un'atmosfera davvero serena, magica. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliato!

Solo tre piccoli suggerimenti:

1. offrire una proposta vegetariana più ricca (sull'intero menu, escludendo le pizze, sono presenti solo 3-4 piatti per chi non gradisce carne/pesce);
2. non lasciar passare troppo tempo tra una portata e l'altra e assicurarsi, soprattutto, che i piatti allo stesso tavolo vengano serviti contemporaneamente e non a distanza di diversi minuti.
3. illuminare meglio la zona parcheggi, riordinare la zona al di sotto della scala d'ingresso e inserire una pedana d'accesso alla struttura, sia per agevolare i disabili/genitori con passeggini, che persone anziane o con problemi di...
