Zen ristorante giapponese — Restaurant in Montegiorgio

We would love to have an excellent Jápanese restaurant in our area.

Usually, the people in Marche are amazing. What a catastrophe. We were at Restaurant Zen in Piane di Montegiorgio on June 24. We were four people. We live in Montegiorgio and have a small boutique hotel. We also have a luxury Magazine we made ourselves that we hand out to all guests, as I also work as a writer for various media. The food is perfectly fine, even good. But the service is anything but approved. Now it dipped and ruined the whole evening. One waitress was rude and nonchalant. We ordered the price, 25 euros. Then you can choose what you want from the menu. After 60 min, we had only received a few dishes. We tried to get in touch. But she left the table middle of a sentence and looked at us with disgust. This happened several times. When a plate was served, it was thrown forward in the step at the table. We still needed to get all the dishes we had ordered. We left after 1 ½ hours. The rest of the staff ran the "I don't get it" trick. I have run a restaurant for almost 40 years; this was, unfortunately, a low water mark. Too bad, because it could have been so good. The salon has recently been renovated and invested heavily. I do not require more than proper service. But walking away in the middle of a sentence when we have to order more from the menu is more reminiscent of "Fawlty Towers",...

Sono cliente del ristorante da 1 anno e più. Ho sempre pagato senza discutere nonostante alcune cose che non mi vanno giù. "Devi chiedere il ghiaccio per le bottiglie di vino bianco". "Stappano la bottiglia non al tavolo ma prima" Ho sempre chiudo un occhio su queste cose che ritengo basilari... Ho portato le mie figlie a cena soluzione all you can eat. Hanno fatto pagare mia figlia fi 7 anni........come un adulto Ho chiesto spiegazioni dicenfo che dotto 1.20...i bambini non pagano oppure checse mangia comd un adulto paga intero. A priscindere che Mia figlia..non supera qull'altezza......" non mi hanno chiesto una misura"...ma mangia veramente niente Sono attento alle ordinazionidegli altri tavoli anche per motivi statistici e di curiosità. Noi non mangiamo un cavolo. Io ho pagato 96 euro..per 3 presunti all you csn eat 1 bottoglia di prosecco( ma venduto come prosecco ma di fatto Piccini vino frizzante NON PROSECCO) IO 56 ANNI UNA RAGAZZINA DI 13 E UNA BAMBINA DI 7 ANNI. Prima di scrivere questa recensione per correttezza ho avvisato il ristorante che non entrerò mai.piu nel locale e per quanto mi riguarda farò in modo che tutti quelli che conosco abbiano queste informazioni. Menù fisso a pranzo 16,90 +2,50 coperto. Portate arrivate a caso, pietanze con ingredienti non indicati sul menù, alcune dal sapore chimico per quanto mi riguarda immangiabili. Quasi tutti i piatti avevano all'interno il surimi che sembrava stesse lì per riempire i vari tipi di roll e che non era indicato negli ingredienti del piatto. Pesce non piacevole e via così per il resto. Cibo davvero scarso. Alla fine mancavano 6 piatti che non stavano portando,inclusa la frittura che è arrivata per ultima. Risultato è stato che ero gonfissima e ad un giorno di distanza ancora lo sento addosso, ed ho mangiato meno delle altre volte. Questa cosa non mi succede con gli altri ristoranti all you can eat che frequento ( solo uno a dir la verità).

Non ci ritornerei...
