The restaurant is amaz8ng. 5he Chef here is all about presentation and taste. We started with the liver pate with apple. The pate came out with a tiny apple, it was the pate shaped into an apple and covered in green aspec, with sauce. Amazing flavor. My spouse had the Saffron Risotto, I had the pheasant two ways. The pheasant was incredible, the grilled had foie gras cold and encrusted hot on two spots on the plate, and then baked two breasts. OMG, amazing. Both were fantastic. Wonderful food. We had the Tuscan menu, which we reserved as part of our hotel booking. It was absolutely delicious and good value for money. It consisted of a three course meal, with some choice in the food options, and a glass of bubbles. There was a pre starter nibble, followed by beef carpaccio with truffle and oranges. Then cannelloni filled with beef, and the main of a sirloin steak. Wonderful service and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend for hotel...

Borgo molto bello ed elegante ma ci sono state delle note 'stridenti'. Ci sono scorci molto raffinati che si incontrano bruscamente con cose lasciate a mó di deposito. Pulizia della camera non efficiente. Vi racconto invece della cena al ristorante La Bianca: Massimo è cordiale e alla mano, scegliamo il degustazione a base di tartufo che presenta il costo fisso di €50.00 a persona, escluso ovviamente le bevande e il tartufo che aggiungi (pagando €7 al grammo). Lo chef propone come secodo primo un tagliolino veramente insapore, scialbo (trovata furba dal momento che per dare più sapore metti più tartufo!). Ma arriviamo al dessert... bruciato, immangiabile. Dalla descrizione doveva essere 'choux, panna, caffè, noci'. Ci viene servito uno choux a metá ma tutto nero, dal sapore pessimo. Lo facciamo presente a Massimo, che si occupa con professionalità della sala, e non potendo dire nulla vedendo le condizioni del dolce nel piatto, ci assicura di scorporarlo dal conto finale. Così non é stato, é stato detratto l'unico calice di vino consumato durante la cena, a mò di contentino. Durante la notte piove, ci svegliamo completamente allagati, per quel che costa la camera, tali disservizi non dovrebbero affatto presentarsi. In più in camera non andava il wifi.
