What a hidden gem we discovered here after visiting the nearby sulfur springs! Nestled in a charming town, Civico 77 offers everything that makes Tuscan cuisine so remarkable. The freshest ingredients straight from the region, handmade pasta, and local wines are just the beginning. The tagliatelle with venison ragout was a poem on a plate, and the lemon sorbet was unbelievably delicious. The salads were crisp, and the vegetables tender.

Anyone in the vicinity should absolutely make a detour to this culinary Palatine Hill. Five stars hardly...

Dopo la visita allo stupendo parco geotermico abbiamo pranzato al Civico 77. Comitiva di 6 persone, abbiamo preso primi, secondi e dolci trovando tutto davvero buono e giusto nelle porzioni. Ottima la proposta sui primi che permette di scegliere tra diversi formati di pasta/gnocchi e abbinare il condimento desiderato. Davvero super la scelta di proporre pasta fatta in casa. Personale giovane ed efficiente.
