I stayed at this hotel with my professors and fellow students for 7 days. This is a wonderful hotel with great service. The food is delicious; always fresh and accommodating to your diet restrictions. It is a family business. Due stelle di incoraggiamento per questo modesto ristorante che ha investito più nella ristrutturazione dell'arredamento (carino) che nella formazione dei camerieri (del tutto improvvisati) e dei cuochi soprattutto. Antipasto all'italiana contenente un prosciutto completamente insapore, due ciliegine di mozzarella da vaschetta di supermercato (siamo o non siamo a 10 min da Amaseno e le sue bufale???!!!😠) una crocchetta di patate surgelata e freddissima, un'oliva all'ascolana vicina parente della crocchetta (me le mangio a casa a 20 centesimi l'una, grazie). Primi onesti anche se i paccheri con il cacio di Morolo (finalmente qualcosa di locale) erano decisamente troppo cotti, ed i secondi di carne piuttosto buoni per quanto riguarda abbacchio e bistecca; male la salsiccia troppo cotta e quindi asciutta, ma meglio del pessimo coniglio alla cacciatora: tre pezzetti di petto stracotti, stra-asciutti, senza pomodoro, senza olive, senza alloro, insomma senza nulla. Coniglio essiccato in padella difficile da mandar giu'! Sbaglierò io, ma "alla cacciatora" dovrebbe essere ben altro! Solo gli uomini menù completo, donne e ragazza una portata di meno, due bottiglie di vino locale e tre dolci in sette... 32 euro a persona di...
