Cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità, fanno di questa "osteria", termine assolutamente riduttivo ma allo stesso tempo intrigante, un luogo eccezionale. Mi spiace non aver fotografato i piatti che ci sono stati presentati in tre cene, con un crescendo rossiniano, ne sarebbe valsa la pena, ma la voglia di assaporare quelle pietanze non me lo ha permesso. Pesce, carne e ancora pesce, bagnati con meravigliosi vini. Per non parlare di quella che in Piemonte chiamiamo una "merenda sinoira", preparata al momento e consumata di ritorno dalla Adunata degli Alpini di Udine. Il prezzo poi, più che generoso.
