Osteria Ra Ca' 'D Baruc — Restaurant in Murazzano

A friendly local man we met at the plaza market day strongly recommended we eat here. We thought, sure, why not. We thought to just have a quick bite and move on, but ala carte was not available, so we found ourselves kind of roped into a full fixed price menu. We just kind of gave in and were overwhelmed with the offerings. Every course had at least a couple choices, which you could eat or not, or have some of both and then have more of both! The price is the same! You have or you don't have, is up to you. What?! We (innocent visitors from California) were completely charmed by the wholely unexpected experience. They didn't mind at all when we wanted to switch tables and move inside when we got cold, or anything. In the end we had a 2½-hour meal with about 10 different dishes, served until we were satisfied. The waiter was super sweet and shy about his English and the owner was gruff and insistent we just take what was offered and we got on fine, and boy, I wish we could go there all the time. Location molto carina e curata con stile di arredamento caratteristico delle Langhe, personalmente mi sono piaciuti molto i mattoni a vista in particolare nella saletta di sotto! Tutto pulito anche i servizi igienici.

Menù impeccabile, meglio di così a mio parere non si poteva fare, prodotti di qualità ben lavorati e la giusta quantità!! Bavarese di finocchio con salsa alla barbabietola Insalata di carne cruda Peperone con salsa di olive e uovo sodo sbriciolato Involtino caldo di radicchio e patate con fonduta alla toma Ravioli del plin burro e salvia Tagliatelle ai funghi Bocconcini di vitello al vino rosso con patate Galletto al limone con patate Tris di dolci Torta di nocciole con zabaione Torta al cioccolato con marmellata di fragole Bonet Caffè Limoncino fatto in casa

Servizio molto piacevole preciso con le portate alla giusta distanza di tempo e all'occorrenza proponeva anche i bis per alcune portate, molto attento alla mancanza d'acqua in tavola, non abbiamo mai dovuto chiederla!!

Il conto giudicatelo voi per tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato sopra €33 a testa!!! A mio avviso più che onesto!

Siamo stati davvero bene e sicuramente torneremo!!! Fortemente...

That was an amazing experience of typical piemontese italian food.

Very well done, there is a closed menu with all inclusive (unless the drinks), but three types of starter, two of Primi and two options of Secondi Piatto. On the Primi you can choose both and on the Secondi just one. Desserts are also included.
