One of the owners speaks Romanian, another Romance language, so if you know French or Spanish a little, you can get by. Find somewhere else if you are uni-lingual. Don't expect to get attention and be pampered--this is a working farm. Get up early for breakfast, and all the fresh farm-made things are there for your choosing, a unique feast you'll be happy to have discovered. The very Roman-style house, with an inner courtyard, is beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The bath with a shower was great, everything new and immaculate. Two nights at Agriturismo Regno Verde were a pleasure: very friendly owners, ready to give advice and recommendations (speaking Italian is an advantage :)), cosy and impeccably clean room/bathroom with the most beautiful view of the valley around Narni. The homemade bathroom amenities (soap, shoer gel and shampoo) are a nice "green" detail. Fine breakfast buffet with a tasty selection of homemade cakes. Unfortunately the much recommended restaurant was not open that weekend: an unexpected disappointment; the homepage should indicate opening hours.
