What a pleasant surprise! While visiting the Sirino Lake, we saw this beautiful restaurant and after just reading a few reviews we decided this was the place to go and wow what a delight! We had two different antipasto a fish one and their rich antipasto, the flavors were extremely fresh. Everything tasted incredible. We had a first course and a second one. The pasta was delicious I seriously recommend you to try it, as well as the second one, so take note and come with an empty stomach because you need to fully enjoy their food. I recently visited Sirtaki and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was genuinely good …especially the pasta in the pan, which was flavorful and well-prepared. The quality of the dishes definitely stood out.

However, the overall atmosphere didn’t work for me. The restaurant was noisy and the strong white lights made me feel tense, which made it hard to enjoy the meal in a relaxed way. The interior design also felt a bit inconsistent, rather than cozy or inviting.

Oramai sono 4 anni che la visita al lago Sirino, e la cena in questo ristorante, rappresentano per me e la mia famiglia, una sorte di rituale per "salutare" la fine delle nostre vacanze in Calabria. La location sia negli ambienti esterni che interni differiscono dai soliti ristoranti della zona, l'arredamento è ben curato e con un design innovativo e pulito. La disposizione dei tavoli tiene ben presente le disposizioni anti-Covid. Ottimo anche il menu elettronico accessibile tramite qr-code dal proprio smartphone, con una linea wi-fi veloce e continua.

Gli antipasti sia del giorno che de la carte, sono eccezionali, ottimi sono i primi sia di carne che di pesce, ineccepibile è l’impiattamento ed eccellenti sono i sapori unici e inconfondibili dell’uso di materie prime locali a Km 0. I secondi anch’essi sia di carne che di pesce sono favolosi.

Una menzione particolare va al personale di sala, molto attento ed accorto. Complimenti anche allo Chef e a tutti coloro che lavorano in cucina, per gli ottimi piatti proposti e per la varietà del menù. Il tutto "capitanato" dal proprietario, che è una persona gentilissima ed a modo, oltre che professionale e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le curiosità che gli abbiamo sottoposto. Mi ha inoltre molto colpito, e fatto immensamente piacere il fatto che si sia ricordato di me, mia moglie e mio figlio, oramai veterani ed estimatori di un'attività gestita con maestria e professionalità.
