Nato nel 1984, questo locale è in una posizione strategica perché si trova nel cuore di Nizza, vicino all' ospedale, con ampio parcheggio e comodissimo quando, la terza domenica del mese, col il mercatino dell' antiquariato, si ha bisogno di ristoro. Prodotti ottimi: aperitivi, dolce, salato, vini, birre, tutto di ottima qualità. L'ambiente è accogliente e, se fa caldo, tavolini all' esterno...

Passo oggi in piazza Garibaldi intorno alla mezza, rompendo le abitudini, aperitivo al Caffè San Carlo. Chiedo un bollicine, "no Prosecco, per cortesia", è cosa mi trovo nel bicchiere? Trento Doc Metodo Classico Letrari, buon prodotto da Rovereto, una ventina di km a sud di Trento, oltre 300 a nord est di Nizza. Ma perchè chiedo. Era aperta risponde..Sai...
