Un fornaio di tutto rispetto. In quest'attività è possibile trovare sia cibi salati sia dolci. Ovviamente c'è del pane ma la varietà è molto ampia. Ci sono svariati dolcetti di pasticceria secca ma il prodotto che ho acquistato e mi ha colpito di più è la focaccia barese, un prodotto lievitato da forno tipico della Puglia. Hanno davvero una grande varietà di prodotti da forno, dolci ma soprattutto salati. Sempre gentili e con il sorriso al di là del bancone. Le "pizze al metro" sono fantastiche, gustose "salvacena"! Diversi tipi di pani tra cui quelli con farina di tipo 1. Unico consiglio: per la focaccia preferire quella "barese" a...

Il pane è veramente ottimo. Non c'è volta che passiamo da Noci e non passiamo a prendere una bella scorta di panini qui. La focaccia è buona anche se preferisco la barese un po' più bassa. Gli altri prodotti purtroppo non li ho provati. Armatevi di pazienza quando andate perché c'è sempre un...
