Buffalo Ranch — Restaurant in Nogara

I had the Rodeo Burger as my main course. It’s a bit embarrassing, but it looked so good that I started eating it before I took a picture. And once I started I didn’t stop until I finished it. I’ve had a few “American Hamburgers” in the last couple weeks while traveling in Europe and in fact another that called itself a Rodeo Burger, but this was the best by a long shot. In fact it’s been a bit since I had one at home in America that was as good.

The mixed fried appetizer was also good. For both I was looking for ketchup and yellow mustard to add to them, but not having them, I discovered that I didn’t need them.

My appetizer came quickly, but the burger was a bit slow to come out. The cook brought it out himself and apologized for the wait explaining that while they weren’t terribly busy all the orders came at once.

The TV’s in the restaurant had American Professional Bull Riding on one and I think Mexican Charrería on the other.

On the Food Quality: "An all 5 star experience. The steak, the pork ribs and the burger were phenomenal. Probably the best restaurant we tried in Italy so far. Service is informative and friendly. Definitely would come back!"

Posto insospettabile, si vede bene dalla strada da un'unica direzione. Già da fuori ti fa capire il clima american-ranch decisamente azzeccato (foto degli interni, stupendi, non ne ho fatte per non fare spoiler 😉). In zona, sabato sera, abbiamo trovato aperto solo questo posto. E per fortuna. Personale gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e alla mano. Sia in sala che in cucina. Frittini e snack ottimi, così anche le piadine. Birre (commerciali) buone a prezzi assolutamente competitivi (media chiara 4,5€). Una piccola perla: se siete in zona e vi piace lo stile DOVETE andarci. NB: abbiamo raggiunto il locale verso l'una e un quarto di notte (sabato). La chiusura del locale era segnata alle due. Ci hanno fatto accomodare subito senza farci pesare che fossero quasi in chiusura, anzi: ci hanno addirittura proposto i secondi piatti di carne (costine e galletto). Non é facile trovare questa disponibilità. Alle 2.00 é stato un dispiacere andarcene... Ci si deve tornare non di fretta per godersi la serata chill guardando dell'ottimo...
