I had the Rodeo Burger as my main course. Itâs a bit embarrassing, but it looked so good that I started eating it before I took a picture. And once I started I didnât stop until I finished it. Iâve had a few âAmerican Hamburgersâ in the last couple weeks while traveling in Europe and in fact another that called itself a Rodeo Burger, but this was the best by a long shot. In fact itâs been a bit since I had one at home in America that was as good.
The mixed fried appetizer was also good. For both I was looking for ketchup and yellow mustard to add to them, but not having them, I discovered that I didnât need them.
My appetizer came quickly, but the burger was a bit slow to come out. The cook brought it out himself and apologized for the wait explaining that while they werenât terribly busy all the orders came at once.
The TVâs in the restaurant had American Professional Bull Riding on one and I think Mexican CharrerĂa on the other.

GiĂ da fuori ti fa capire il clima american-ranch decisamente azzeccato (foto degli interni, stupendi, non ne ho fatte per non fare spoiler đ). Una piccola perla: se siete in zona e vi piace lo stile DOVETE andarci. NB: abbiamo raggiunto il locale verso l'una e un quarto di notte (sabato). La chiusura del locale era segnata alle due. Ci hanno fatto accomodare subito senza farci pesare che fossero quasi in chiusura, anzi: ci hanno addirittura proposto i secondi piatti di carne (costine e galletto).
