I tried to book by calling 20 to 22, but after ringing a few times someone probably hung up the phone .... Finally when someone answered me, in a very arrogant manner, he replied that he could not book me a table. The next evening, and that I had to call (!) It doesn’t seem to be very well hungry, the products are good quality, great at first for cooking but disappointing for seasoning. In short I will improve the menu with less things but more features. Ristorante che necessiterebbe di una bella “svecchiata” sotto quasi ogni punto di vista: una cucina che vuole stupire con piatti che onestamente poco invitanti, vedasi la famosa tagliata che altro non è che un carpaccio cotto (male) in forno, un servizio che è attento a fissarti il piatto in attesa di sparecchiare ma che non sa, o peggio non vuole, raccontarti nulla di quello che la casa propone, vini inclusi. Location che sembra meritare all’esterno ma che in una sera di fine estate non abbiamo potuto valutare perché interamente al buio. Conto esageratamente salato, o meglio dire non adeguato assolutamente; basti pensare che per un piatto con carpaccio cotto e due verdure in pastella (30€) si spende come andare ad un intera cena in certe osterie nei dintorni che, oltre a non sfigurare, mangiano in testa al...
