We are happy we stumbled into this little gem - if you are looking for the best produce Sicily has to offer combined creatively and just delicious, this is the place to eat.

We were greeted cordially and guided to the dining area where we could order from an English menu. The selection is not overwhelming since the menu is constantly changing with whatever the farm has to offer, the composition of the dishes is creative, the flavours will balanced and everything is made fresh to order. Service is outstanding, the chef himself presented and explained us the dishes, the lady who owns was also a great host and visibly proud of farm and restaurant. We were seeking an alternative interpretation of Sicilian cooking and stumbled upon this gem. All ingredients (excluding some spices) sourced directly from their farm. Truly farm to fork before your very eyes. We arrived for lunch and found the place closed - however the chef opened specially for us and then guided us expertly through the menu choices. We were delighted with the food and the service. The flavours were bold and distinctive. The dishes and flavours also reflected the chefs Bangladeshi background. Es war für uns ein echter Glückstreffer nach ein paar Stunden an einem (ebenfalls sehr schönen) Strand im nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebiet dann hier her zum Abendessen zu gehen, bzw. zu fahren, da dieses kleine Paradies doch etwas abgelegen liegt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und der Koch der offensichtlich sein Handwerk bestens versteht, hat extra für uns etwas früher als üblich mit dem Zubereiten seiner tollen Gerichte - mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen biologischen Anbau auf den Hof wie wir erfahren haben - begonnen.
