RISTORANTE LA COSTARELLA — Restaurant in Numana

Absolutely lovely restaurant and mouthwatering food. The waiter who served us was called Giacomo and is the son of the chef and brother of the owner so it's a well put together family business. Giacomo was very helpful as he spoke really good English and was excellent in helping us translate the menu. We went for the carbonara and tagliatelle Ragu but there was an extensive menu with many fish options from local sources. Unfortunately we visited during the really bad spell of rain but even so our experience was 10/10.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Although this restaurant is just over the road from the Adriatic you get the feeling you are right next to the beach when eating. The fish dishes my wife and I ate were beautifully cooked and presented. Two attentive young ladies were front of house and we were warmly welcomed with smiling faces. Che piacevole sorpresa! Ci siamo fermati per caso senza leggere recensioni né prenotare. Locale stranamente poco affollato calcolando l' ora di pranzo sul litorale ed i ristoranti accanto pieni. Abbiamo ordinato spaghetti e gnocchi allo scoglio ed una frittura di calamari. Tutto ottimo, pesce freschissimo, piatti saporiti ed abbondanti, tantissimo pesce nel sugo. Gnocchi fatti a mano strepitosi, frittura chiarissima croccante e leggera. Personale attento al cliente, estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci hanno offerto anche il caffè. Ha un parcheggio riservato che nei weekend estivi della riviera del Conero è un miraggio. Non comprendo ancora perché fosse poco affollato, visto che meriterebbe la fila fuori (tranne se dovessimo tornare senza prenotazione 😅). Ambiente molto carino, ordinato e pulito, direttamente sul lungomare. Prezzi ottimi calcolando la quantità di pesce presente nei piatti e la qualità eccellente. Abbiamo speso 65€, tutti guadagnati.
