We arrived on the Italian "liberation day" , restaurants were packed full . We entered La Conchiglia and were greeted warmly by Giorgia she and the other staff members dis their best to make our wait comfortable , which means we had a nice aperitivo outside . We had a lovely lunch here at Ristorante La Conchiglia Numana. My huband had the Pesce al Forno con Patate, insalata mista, and I chose the Pasta al Scoglio. Everything was delicious (except the bread, maybe it's the bread of the area). Abundant serves, very tasty. Prosecco also very good. I then chose the Pistacchio and Hazelnut Semi-Freddo, also high quality and beautifully presented. Finished off with a Liquirizia offered by the house....

Wow, we really enjoyed this restaurant. The mussels / cozze and spaghetti con vongole were the best we have ever eaten. The "house" verdicchio from Matelica was spot on and complimented the food perfectly. The whole wine list was very representative of Le Mache at very fair prices.
