Il matrimonio dei nostri sogni grazie a Francesco e a questo ristorante meraviglioso! Non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio. Il nostro matrimonio è stato semplicemente perfetto, e gran parte del merito va a Nova Nuoro che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Fin dal primo incontro ci siamo sentiti ascoltati, accolti e guidati con professionalità, sensibilità e una cura rara per ogni dettaglio. La location era impeccabile, ma il vero protagonista è stato il cibo: un trionfo di sapori, equilibrio e bellezza. Ogni portata era un’esperienza, con ingredienti freschi e selezionati, presentazioni da rivista e porzioni perfettamente calibrate. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: discreto, attento e sempre presente senza mai essere invadente. Il personale ha lavorato con il sorriso, facendo sentire ogni invitato speciale.
